About Us

We offer support and services to disadvantage communities, groups and individuals.

Community, Empowerment, Employment and Training (CEET) is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) providing support to minority ethnic groups, NEETs (not in education, employment or training) from a BME (black & minority ethnic) background and young people. We promote the positive contribution of minority ethnic groups and young people from all walks of life regardless of race, gender, sexuality or disability.

We believe in a strong community where everyone has opportunities to connect with people, to reach their goals and to feel safe and secure. A strong community can greatly benefit individuals, families and businesses.

CEET supports this vision by empowering individuals, assisting them with securing suitable sustainable employment and where needed providing or signposting to appropriate and quality training. Our mission is to support disadvantaged individuals and communities overcome barriers and gain new skills, experience and qualifications, which will lead to employment or progression into further education and a more fulfilling life. Our organisation advocates for the rights and social integration of people with disabilities, health issues and individuals' from all backgrounds.
